The Studio Day Pass

Eight hours of design with the founder of Mariko Studio

Meet the Studio Day Pass: An eight-hour intensive to design the assets your business needs. Basically, you reserve our studio for a day, and we work on your business—exclusively. We go into full-screen mode: No distractions, like email and Slack, just design.

Save on project pricing

Here’s the thing: You can always book us project-by-project, but projects budget for back-and-forth communications, revisions, and project management.

Priced at $2,500, our Studio Day Pass saves you on project pricing because we know your brand and you know our work—so we can minimize the emails, calls and admin in the name of designing as many assets as possible for you in as little time as possible.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

  • The Studio Day Pass is for you, friend: Our (favourite) past clients. At a minimum, we’ve designed your brand suite, and now you’re ready for all of the other design assets you need to show up and stand out from the crowd of lookalike lifestyle brands.

  • The short answer: Because it saves you time and money designing assets for your brand one by one. You get must-have design assets without waiting months to get into the studio—or weeks to get all the deliverables. One day, all the things.

  • The Studio Day Pass is for past clients who are down to be hands-off. They know what they like—and they like our work. The Studio Day Pass saves you 30%+ on project pricing because we minimize the back-and-forth communications, revisions and project management typical of à la carte services.

That said, you’re always welcome to book project-by-project with à la carte services. À la carte services are for past clients who like to be hands-on. They aren’t in a rush to get their deliverables, so they’re cool to take their time (weeks versus hours), so they can collaborate with us.

  • Just book a date online, and it’s yours. From there, you’ll email us the list of assets you’d like us to design—we recommend at least three. When your date is here, we’ll get started at 9:00 a.m. PST and guarantee deliverables by end-of-day at 5:00 p.m. PST.

  • Whatever you want, friend. If you’re booking a Studio Day Pass, we’ve already designed your brand, so we can design any other assets your business needs, from freebies, products and pricing guides to business cards, stationery and signage. We can even design and develop a one-page website. Don’t know if we’re down to tackle your list, email us at hello@marikostudio.com to find out.

  • That depends on your list—if your projects are on the light side (think business cards and letterhead), we may get through 5 to 7 assets in one day. If your projects are on the heavy side (like a 20-page PDF), we may get through 3 to 5 assets in one day.

  • Yes and no. We expect you to be available to reply to our emails and review our work at the end of the day, but we don’t expect you to clear your schedule. You can take meetings, dentist appointments, whatever you need—you do you, friend.

  • Revisions are time-limited—aka they are not guaranteed. We’ll prioritize design over feedback, so we can deliver as many assets on your list as possible. Typically, we reserve 30 minutes at the end of the day for you to review and provide (minor) feedback.

Book it, Boss

Because tomorrow’s cult-status lifestyle brands deserve better than DIY.
